What a wonderful and simple snacky food for a party! Or for just a snack. Or with dinner when friends come over. These are SO good that I always end up eating a few of them before I serve them. No one knows how many I actually made before they showed up anyway…
They are simple to assemble and you can use so many different flavor in the cream cheese to your liking.
You can also chop the green onions and mix them with the cream cheese as a spread instead of laying one onion in the middle.
Party Ham Rolls & Cream Cheese
Ingredients:
- 10oz pkg ham, rectangular in size
- 8oz cream cheese, softened
- Worcestershire sauce
- 1 bunch green onions
Directions:
-
In a bowl, combine cream cheese, a couple of dashes of W. sauce and some seasoned salt and mix well. You can chop the green onions and add them to the cream cheese, or roll them whole in the middle like I did here…
-
Either way works well, I just like to see the green in the middle, that’s all. So, roll them all up and chill in the fridge for at least a couple of hours or overnight.
-
Cut them into bit-size pieces and serve.
