I can’t remember a holiday without fudge and these are great, easy recipes…
Easy Fudge….1 can sweetened condensed milk, 1 package semi-sweet chocolate chip morsels, 2 tsp vanilla, 1/2 cup chopped nuts. Melt chocolate and milk over low heat until melted. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and nuts. Pour into 8×8 inch pan, lined with lightly greased parchment paper. Chill and cut into squares. Delicious!
2 Minute Fudge…Seriously….one 16oz can of chocolate icing and one 10.5oz package of semi-sweet chocolate morsels. Melt icing and chips together over low heat or in microwave until smooth, then stir in chopped nuts if desired. Maybe add in chopped dried/candied fruit? Pour into 8×8 inch pan, lined with lightly greased parchment paper. Chill and cut into squares. Try vanilla or chocolate icing with peanut butter chips; milk chocolate icing with milk chocolate chips; butterscotch or see what other combinations you can come up with.
Gotta LOVE fudge…
